2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. betcuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify betcuci support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised account access.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the betcuci platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. betcuci makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction outside those in which it holds operating authorisation.
3.1 betcuci operates mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with international gaming authority standards. All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
3.2 KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent); (b) proof of residential address issued within the last three months; and (c) any additional documentation betcuci may reasonably request.
3.3 betcuci reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Methods. betcuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5.4 betcuci's determination regarding whether conduct constitutes bonus abuse is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

6.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude from betcuci will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. betcuci will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from creating new accounts during the exclusion period. 9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits betcuci's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by betcuci's own negligence, or for any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9.4 Gambling involves financial risk. By using the betcuci platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered. betcuci is not responsible for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of lawful gameplay.
